Founded in 2012 by Alex Griswold, Armata Holdings, LLC. (“Armata”) is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida. Armata's current portfolio consists of retail, office and mixed-use properties throughout South East Florida with a market value of +100MM.
Armata’s core mission is to acquire and develop premier real estate properties in and around Palm Beach County.
Armata is currently seeking investments across all asset classes with an ideal equity investment of 5 to 15 million per asset.
In 2019, Armata launched a second company called Waypoint (Waypoint Florida, LLC). Waypoint is a new partnership with New York based Blue Water Advisors aimed at building an institutional quality portfolio of real estate in Palm Beach County with an ideal equity investment of 15 to 50MM per asset.
